I’ve gathered together here some journaling inspiration to carry us through December and even a bit beyond into January. Even if the weather outside is frightful, your journaling time can be delightful!
Let’s get started…
You are welcome to click on any of the links below to get started, however it will make the most sense for you to head to So, this is Christmas first as it gives the format and overview for the prompts that follow. Initially I wrote these in 2015 aiming for 12 posts but managing 8, however many of the posts are multiple prompts in one and lead in many directions as my Journaling for Discovery and Delight and 200 Day Journal adventures do- if you have followed me for awhile you know exactly what I mean- if not, reading that first post will help.
If you prefer a one shot plethora of journaling prompts available to you in one post, I suggest heading right over to All is Calm , All is Bright.
Put Some Jingle In Your Journal Journaling Prompts:
- So, This is Christmas… (12 Days of Christmas Journaling Prompts for the Season)
- Isn’t There Anyone Who Knows What Christmas Is All About?
- Music that Ministers
- White Christmas or Bahama Mama
- Have a Holly, Jolly Quote-mas!
- The Greatest Mystery in the History of the World
- Journaling with Christmas Cards
- Santa for President!
- All is Calm, All is Bright
