Not only do I love Mary Engelbreit, but I love the way she thinks. Sharing a smile with all of my Writing and Blogging friends today.

Never guilty of this, right?

A must share, yes?

Too cute, too funny from the “Queen of Cute,” as she is known. Mary i s a native St. Louisan who inspires through your wisdom and whimsy. We’ve had the pleasure of meeting her, and our daughter, Sheridan, chose Mary’s studio for her career day project when she was in high school, b/c Sheridan wanted to become an artist. She didn’t get to work w/ Mary directly, but we appreciated Mary’s permission for her to spend the day at the company, and Sheridan loved her lead artist with whom she worked. I loved seeing Mary’s original smaller studio in an old section of town; it looked like a little gingerbread cottage–yes, tres cute! Thanks for making us smile, Dawn–thanks to you *and* Mary!

There is a huge danger in not doing this, congratulating a disaster, or missing a death. I try to read the entire post, or simply not comment. Maybe that’s why I write short.

Guilty, too…that’s why I thought it was especially cute. I could use this as a note to self…and a note to others. 😉

I’ve been guilty of this. Although I find that now I slow down and like another comment said, if I can’t keep the story straight, I won’t comment.
