But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, whom he poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior…
Titus 3:4-5
This morning I stepped out of my front door into the stream of sunlight that fell shadows across the frosty lawn. It made me think of His appearing and the verse that my Sunday School Boys are memorizing.
But as I clicked away pictures of the sun peeking through the trees, I realized that I was most struck by the power of the shadows, long across the lawn. Then it dawned on me that I am most keenly aware of the power and presence of His light and presence when the shadows are stretching long in and around my life.
Praise the appearance of His kindness and love in our Savoir Jesus Christ!
Have a Glorious Palm Sunday!

Hi Dawn,Thank you for stopping by my blog and joining. 🙂 I too am now following you. I love how you said, “I am most keenly aware of the power and presence of His light and presence when the shadows are stretching long in and around my life.” I will be thinking about this and just what it means to me. Blessings,<
