Journaling 101/Introduction to Journaling- We will review the history of journaling, main contributors to the field, and current research. Bring a journal or notebook. Experience the power of journaling in this informative and inspiring workshop.

Journaling Toolbox: A workshop to explore and experience various journaling techniques within community context. You will receive prompts, write, and have the opportunity to share and listen to others’ responses to prompts in a neutral environment. Sharing is never required, but a general invitation is given.

**Coffee Shop Drop in and Journal -Local meet-up journaling opportunities and spontaneous events at various coffee shops throughout Southern RI. Inspiration, and support available for your journaling journey; caffeine optional but recommended. *Bring your Journal/Notebook and Pen and the rest will be supplied! Contact dawn.paoletta@gmail with questions or to confirm. (These are impromptu and scheduled events and usually no cost to participants but feel free to buy me coffee!)

Drop In and Journal– This meet up is provided by Dawn at various locations TBA for those who have already taken the Journaling 101. Dawn provides prompts, and journal embellishments to experiment with during these enjoyable outings!

Journaling in the Wild! Guided Journaling events in beautiful Rhode Island natural habitats. Details TBA
