All the Love – February Journaling Journey

Our first journaling journey for 2026 is All the Love. This February’s writing opportunity will give you 4 weeks of 15-minute prompts, which you can sit and respond to during your week on the three days that best suit you and your current schedule.

Each Sunday, you will receive in your inbox (as an email subscriber of Enthusiastically, Dawn) a post with 3 reflective writing prompts to ponder and respond to in your journal. I like to offer alternative ways to approach the prompts, and I assure you, there will be an angle that finds you and gets your pen moving across that paper. The idea with this particular journey is to encourage freedom, which is why I chose THREE days. This allows for some margin, or breathing room, between prompts. Some of the prompts may slowly awaken you to fresh insights, and some need time to sink in to bring forth hidden gems from within your heart. We will be stirring up memories, discovering new ways to see old realities. We will allow ourselves to explore the things we adore, and so much more!

The posts will be scheduled to go live on Sunday. I will post them as soon as possible here for your convenience as well. Invite a friend or two to journal along with you! And let me know if you do!

Three days out of seven is the plan. Fifteen minutes – timed writing when you are ready to write. Can you write for longer or shorter? Yes, and yes. If you prefer not to use a timer, that is OK, but give it a try if you need a boundary, are new to journaling, or just want to experiment. If a timer makes you stressed, then forgo the timer, and keep the cannoli…ok, just seeing if you are paying attention. But the most important thing here is to read the prompts and respond, AND enjoy the time you spend (which is limited by design). Which is what I call journaling for delight! The second part of the journaling process is discovery. You will make a few discoveries along the way, hopefully. I believe Journaling leads to both discovery and delight. Which is why I actually made that the title of my journaling book.
