What is Your Focus?

For in him we live and move and have our being.’ As some of your own poets have said, ‘We are his offspring.’  Acts 17:28

Focus is a noun defined as “the center of interest or activity.”

If I asked you what you are focused on, you might want to have a more precise frame to consider in order to answer the question.

When All Your Bridges Are Burning

Sometimes words capture us and hold us hostage until we figure out why they resonate so. Have you ever had that happen? You’re drawn to a quote, Bible Verse, comment, song…or a book cover.

“To accomplish great things, we must not only act, but also dream; not only plan, but also believe.” ~Anatole France

Before then, I don’t know what I did…I just went to classes, worked wacky hours with little sleep and basically showed up, by the grace of God, in all the places I was supposed to be without much adieu.

This year, I am feeling strongly about applying my coaching energy towards, 31 Days of…
