“You don’t have a soul. You are a Soul. You have a body.”
~C.S. Lewis
I believe God made me all I have been in the past and brought me success in my chosen field because I belong to Him and this has been the path He used to mold and teach me for His glory.

He has given me insight beyond what I could have otherwise.
I continue to allow Him to mold me and use me as His instrument.
What I believe is expressed well in the above statement by C.S. Lewis.
To train the body and focus on the physical to the neglect of the spiritual
leaves one hollow.
To choose to pursue intellectual goals over
either of the others creates arrogance.

Ecclesiastes 7:18 says well what I believe is important for life and the pursuit of health :

“It’s good to hold on to both of those things.
Don’t let go of either one.
A man who has respect for God will avoid
going too far in either direction.

“It is good to grasp the one
and not let go of the other.
The man who fears God will avoid all extremes.

The bold text is my favorite version of the scripture as I believe God
used it to teach me much about balance in life.

To me spending time with my
Personal Trainer is key to my life now and in eternity.
I spent many years pursuing worldly goals.
One day while I was preparing for a National Bodybuilding Championship a fellow Bodybuilder introduced me to the greatest Personal Trainer I have ever known.
My life has never been the same.
My Soul Training began and although I have had many ups and downs, He has been Faithful and True.
He  is willing and able to take on clients 24/7!
He says that the only way to know God and be all that you can truly be is through a relationship with Him.

“For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all men—the testimony given in its proper time.”
1 Timothy 2:5

If you want to know how you can have my Personal Trainer or
just more about what it means to have a personal relationship with God

var _gaq = _gaq || []; _gaq.push([‘_setAccount’, ‘UA-28223979-1’]); _gaq.push([‘_trackPageview’]); (function() { var ga = document.createElement(‘script’); ga.type = ‘text/javascript’; ga.async = true; ga.src = (‘https:’ == document.location.protocol ? ‘https://ssl’ : ‘http://www’) + ‘’; var s = document.getElementsByTagName(‘script’)[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(ga, s); })();
