Real Therapy

The best therapy I have ever experienced has come by the lone seaside stroll-
for You are there…
The ocean
 but a reminder
of the immensity of your grace,
the sand granules,
your mercies-
who can count?
The sky is the expanse of your love everlasting,
each stone a memorial to your handiwork-
crashing waves testify to your mighty power,
sun shining or hidden
reflects your
presence…
always-
and it’s right here in this place
that I so clearly see your face,
and am renewed and refreshed
in that still amazing grace.

Hi Dawn! Oh yes, I love the beach too. Something about all those waves…seems like the reflection of eternity on earth. And I love the wind in my face and blowing my hair. It's like heaven.Beautiful verse today.Ceil

Oh, I feel the same. There is something very therapeutic about being at the ocean shores. I especially like going to sleep to the sound of the ocean waves. When I look out at the ocean, I realize how small and insignificant I am….and how great HE is.

I like that you ended with “amazing grace.” One of my favorite songs. Have you heard the Judy Collins version? Amazing.

Best kind of therapy if you can be in the heat. Seasonal changes now is perfect for therapy. You should have a code word, lest you will have a stigma. Even He cannot erase. Humans cannot hold water. Love your background and soundscapes
